Cookies are connection cookies designating a text file that can be saved, according to your choices, in a dedicated space on your terminal.

When the Customer and/or one of the users browses the TIMEKO site and/or the TIMEKO application, LINKAVIE may record information in cookie files installed on your terminal in line with your expressed choices relating to cookies. This information is used to deliver a quality TIMEKO service and may relate to the navigation of the Customer’s terminal on the TIMEKO service.

The cookies that may be installed by the TIMEKO service allow:

• to establish statistics and volumes of attendance and use of the various elements making up the site and the TIMEKO application to improve the ergonomics and interest of the site and the TIMEKO application;
• to adapt the presentation of the TIMEKO site to the display preferences of the Customer’s terminal during their visit to the site;

1.1. Shared use of your terminal

LINKAVIE cannot ensure with certainty that the services intended for the Customer’s terminal correspond to its own use of this terminal and not to that of another user of this terminal.

Sharing with other people the use of the Customer’s terminal and the configuration of their browser settings with regard to cookies is the Customer’s free choice and responsibility.

1.2. The advertisement

LINKAVIE authorizes itself to publish information and advertisements on its showcase website only (www.timeko.fr), but in no case as part of the operational use of the TIMEKO service, regardless of the communication channel chosen by the User or External User.

Advertising on the website showcase www.timeko.fr:

LINKAVIE’s objective is to present the most relevant advertisements possible. To do this, cookie technology makes it possible to determine which advertising to display on a terminal, in real time, based on recent browsing on one or more sites or applications.

The Customer’s interest in advertising content is to see advertisements corresponding to their interests displayed. In the same way, advertisers who wish to see their advertisements broadcast are interested in displaying their offers to users who are likely to be most interested in them.

Advertising content broadcast in TIMEKO advertising spaces may contain Cookies issued by third parties. These cookies may come either from the advertiser or from a third-party service provider to the advertiser (such as a communications agency) or from an advertising agency using TIMEKO advertising spaces.

The TIMEKO website showcase (www.timeko.fr) uses social network plug-ins including Twitter® and Facebook® operated by the company Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo alto, CA 94304, USA.

If the Client or any user interacts using the web plug-ins of the TIMEKO showcase site, information related to the Client’s or any user’s navigation on the TIMEKO showcase site and their membership in these networks will be transmitted and recorded on a server of the company which operates the social network in question and shared according to the parameters of the user account of the Client or the user on these social networks and in accordance with the conditions of use of the social network concerned.

If the Customer or any user does not want the social network concerned to link the information collected through the TIMEKO site to their user account, they must disconnect from the social network before visiting the TIMEKO showcase site.

The Client is expressly informed that the use of these plug-ins or buttons is operated by these social networks and subject to the conditions binding the Client or user and the relevant social network of which he is a member.
